Book a short callSee how it works

An enquiry left waiting is money already spent.

Plenty of owners pay to get found, then answer enquiries when they get a minute. A 2011 Harvard Business Review study of more than 2,000 US companies found 23% never responded to a web enquiry at all. Old and American, but the pattern is familiar: the form comes in at 9pm, the reply goes out two days later, and by then the customer may have booked someone else.

Replies that depend on who is free

An enquiry that sits in an inbox while you are on the tools or with a client cools quickly. An instant reply from a template you approved acknowledges it straight away and asks what you need to know, so it is still warm when you call.

Quotes nobody chases

A quote sent and never followed up is work you priced for nothing. A follow-up goes out after the quote, for example two days later, so a yes does not rely on someone remembering.

Spend you cannot trace to jobs

Ads, directories and boosted posts paid for every month with no clear line to work won. A simple weekly report shows where enquiries came from and what happened to them, so you know what to stop paying for.

A plan first, then the tools, then a weekly report.

Nothing is switched on until the plan is written down, the templates are approved and you have seen how each enquiry will be handled.

  1. Short call

We look at where your enquiries come from, how they get answered now and what happens after the quote. If the gap is not one that tools will fix, we say so.

  2. Write the strategy

A plan in plain English: your enquiry sources, what happens to each enquiry, what to stop spending on, and what should always stay with a person.

  3. Approve the templates

Replies, follow-ups and review requests drafted in your voice. You approve each one before anything is switched on, with consent and unsubscribe built in.

  4. Set up the tools

CRM set up or cleaned up, replies and follow-ups connected, Google Business Profile tidied and review requests in place. All inside accounts registered to your business.

  5. Report and adjust

A simple weekly report on enquiries, replies, quotes and reviews. Then run it yourself from the plan, or have us manage it month by month.

The tools that stop enquiries going cold.

Sales automation where it saves you time, and a person wherever it matters. Nothing reaches a customer unless it comes from a template you approved or a person has signed it off.

Instant replies and lead follow-up

Web forms, emails and messages get an immediate reply from an approved template, asking the two or three questions you need answered. Open enquiries and sent quotes get a follow-up, for example on day two. Phone calls are the AI receptionist's job; this covers everything else.

A CRM that is actually up to date

Set up or cleaned up, for example in HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho, or the one you already use. Duplicates found, lead sources tagged and stale deals flagged. You decide what gets merged and what gets closed off.

Content edited by a person

Social posts, newsletters and case studies drafted with AI from your real jobs and photos, then edited by a person in your voice. Every fact, price and claim is checked before it goes out under your name.

Google Business Profile and genuine reviews

Your profile kept complete and current, and a review request sent to every customer after a job, not only the happy ones. No fake, bought or filtered reviews, and negative ones are answered, never hidden, in line with ACCC guidance. Health practices have stricter rules on testimonials, so for clinics we agree the approach with you first.

Found in Google and AI search

AI search mostly rewards what good local search always has: a clear website, an accurate profile, real reviews and plain answers to real questions. We set those up properly and check how you show up. Nobody can promise rankings or AI citations, so we do not.

A weekly report in plain numbers

Enquiries by source, how quickly each got a reply, quotes sent, jobs won and reviews gained, on one page. Just what happened to the enquiries you paid to get.

Built for owners whose enquiries outrun their week.

Trades and field services

An electrician gets website enquiries at night and quotes from the ute. Each enquiry gets an instant reply asking for the suburb and the job, each quote gets a check-in two days later, and every finished job gets a review request.

Clinics and allied health

A physio practice wants more new patients without risking its privacy obligations. Enquiries get a prompt admin reply, newsletters go only to people who agreed to receive them, and health information stays out of marketing tools.

Distribution and wholesale

Trade enquiries arrive by web form and email with nobody owning them. Each one is logged in the CRM with its source and acknowledged straight away, and quotes that go quiet are flagged for the rep to call.

Agriculture and regional multi-site

Several sites, one marketing budget and no clear picture of what works. Enquiries are tagged by site and source, so the weekly report shows which spend brings in work and which to stop.

Office teams and professional services

A small accounting firm wants to stay in front of clients without writing every newsletter from scratch. AI drafts the newsletter and a case study from real work, a partner edits them, and they go only to people who opted in.

A fixed fee to set up, then your choice.

  • A fixed fee covers the written strategy and setting up the tools.
  • Optional monthly management after that: we keep the templates, CRM, content and reporting running, for a monthly fee quoted up front.
  • Or run it yourself from the written plan.
  • Your accounts, your data and your ad accounts stay in your name. We work inside them with access you can remove.
  • No lock-in contract. That is our approach: the management should earn its place every month.

Every quote is fixed and in writing before anything starts. Ask for yours

Straight about who it suits.

A good fit if

  • Enquiries come in, but replies and follow-up depend on who has time that day.
  • You send quotes and rarely get the chance to chase them.
  • You spend on ads, directories or social media and cannot say which of them brings in work.
  • Someone in the business will approve templates and edit content before it goes out.

Something else fits better if

  • You want bought lists, cold bulk email or mass messaging. We do not do that, and the Spam Act is a big part of why.
  • You cannot take on more work right now. Faster replies only show the gap sooner, so sort capacity or pricing first.
  • Most of your enquiries come by phone. Start with the AI receptionist.
  • You are not sure where to start. Book a free discovery call or take the two-minute quick-wins check.

Straight answers.

Will it sound like us?

That is what the editing is for. Drafts are written from your own emails, website and job details, and a person edits every piece before it goes out, either you or someone you nominate. Replies and follow-ups only ever use wording you have approved.

Is it legal to follow up enquiries and message people automatically?

Yes, done properly. Under the Spam Act, marketing emails and texts need consent, must identify your business and must carry a working unsubscribe, so consent records and unsubscribe are built into the set-up. We never buy contact lists or send cold bulk email. This is general information, not legal advice.

Can you get us more reviews?

We can make it easy for every customer to leave one and help you reply well, good or bad. We will not write, buy or filter reviews, offer undisclosed incentives, or hide negative ones. The ACCC says fake reviews are against the law, and that any incentive has to apply whether the review is positive or negative and be clearly disclosed. Health practices have stricter rules on testimonials, so for clinics we agree the approach with you first.

Can you get us into Google's AI answers or ChatGPT?

Nobody can promise that, and we will not. Google says there is no special optimisation needed for its AI features, and that showing up is not guaranteed. What helps is the groundwork: a clear website, an accurate Business Profile, real reviews and plain answers to real questions. We set that up and tell you honestly how you show up.

How soon will we see results?

We will not promise a timeframe or a number of leads. Faster replies and follow-up start from the day they are switched on, but whether that turns into more work depends on your market, your prices and your capacity. Search visibility builds more slowly and nobody controls it. The weekly report shows you what is actually happening.

Is our customers' information safe?

We keep personal and sensitive information out of public AI chatbots, in line with the Australian privacy regulator's guidance, and customer records stay in your own accounts. Health providers are covered by the Privacy Act whatever their size, so for clinics, health information stays out of marketing tools and newsletters go only to people who agreed to receive them. Check your own obligations with your adviser.

What do we need to provide?

Access to your website forms, email, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and CRM, where you have them. Some real emails, quotes and photos so the drafts sound like you. And one person who approves templates and edits content before it goes out.

How does pricing work?

A fixed fee for the strategy and set-up, then optional monthly management if you want us to keep it running. Both are quoted in writing after a short call, because the number of enquiry sources, the state of your CRM and how much content you want all change the work. The fastest way to know what it would look like for your business is that short call.

What if we want to stop?

There is no lock-in contract; that is our approach. Your accounts, your data and your ad accounts stay in your name the whole time, and we work inside them with access you can remove. Stopping means removing our access, and everything we set up stays where it is.

Find out where your enquiries are going.

Tell us a little about how enquiries reach you now. We reply within one business day to lock in a time for a short call, and if tools will not fix it, we will say so.
