The people behind P2A.

One accountable lead who owns the plan and the decisions, and three AI presenters who carry the advice to video. The thinking and the work are human. The faces on our videos are AI, and we say so every time.

One person answers for the decisions.

Fractional CIO and accountable lead

Daniel Nunns

Daniel has spent twenty years running technology for small and medium businesses across South East Queensland: cloud, managed services, security, the commercial side, and the people who do the work.

He set up Power to Automate to sit on the owner's side of the table, independent of the IT provider and accountable for the decisions above it. He is also the one who will tell you what not to automate. Builds and hands-on work are delivered by the P2A team under his accountability, and every build ends with your team owning it.

Three AI faces for the advice.

Clive, Finn and Ellie are AI presenters. They are original characters, not real people, and they present our short videos on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Each one covers a different conversation an owner has about technology: what to spend, how to build it, and what to do on Monday.

Clive Barrow, an AI presenter for Power to AutomateAI presenter

Senior Technology Consultant

Clive Barrow

Clive covers strategy and money: budgets, contracts, what not to buy and when to say no to a vendor.

If your IT provider has quoted something big, Clive's videos are the calm second opinion. Measured, dry and allergic to hype.

  • Laptop fleets
  • Cyber basics
  • Vendor contracts
  • Quarterly reviews
Finn Dawson, an AI presenter for Power to AutomateAI presenter

Forward Deployment Engineer

Finn Dawson

Finn covers automation and AI in practice: the person who sits with your team and builds it in front of you.

He shows the actual workflow, the tool and the fix first, then explains it in plain English. No developer-speak without a translation, and no promises of fully automated anything.

  • Automating the boring bits
Ellie Marchetti, an AI presenter for Power to AutomateAI presenter

Business Analyst and Project Coordinator

Ellie Marchetti

Ellie covers the practical decisions an owner faces this month: office moves, phone systems, the internet connection and the laptop for the new hire.

She talks like the person who has to live with the decision, and ends every video with what to do this week. Her office move videos pair with our free office move IT checklist.

A face for the advice, not a pretend team.

Short video is where a lot of owners look for answers now. AI presenters let us put plain-English advice there without pretending anyone is something they are not.

Labelled every time

Every video carries the platform's AI label, and each presenter's profile says AI in the name. Nobody should have to guess.

Human advice, human sign-off

The advice comes from real small business technology work, and a person at P2A approves every script before it goes out.

Never about a client

The presenters never name a client or use a client's details. The examples come from general practice, not from anyone's job.
