A website you can update yourself, just by asking.
An AI website designed and built by the P2A team, hosted on Cloudflare, with your own admin portal where you chat to an assistant the way you would with ChatGPT or Claude. Ask for new hours, new photos or a new page, check the preview copy, then approve it. Website design in Brisbane for owner-led businesses across South East Queensland and Australia, with the build and the upkeep sized for a small business.

01 / Why it matters
A website that is out of date tells customers the wrong thing.
The Australian Communications and Media Authority found that in 2025, 97% of Australian adults went online using a mobile phone. For many new customers, your website is the first look at your business, often on a phone between other things. When it says one thing and the business does another, they move on.
Changes stuck in someone's queue
Christmas hours, a new service, a fresh photo: each one waits on a developer or an agency, and is often billed by the hour. So the site falls behind, and customers ring on days you are closed or never hear about the new service. You make everyday changes yourself, by asking.
Plugins that need constant patching
Many small business websites run on a stack of add-on plugins that all need updating. Miss one and the risk is a hacked or broken site, not just a slow one. Your site is hosted on Cloudflare with no plugin stack to patch, so there is far less to attack.
A slow, generic first impression
A page that crawls on a phone, or greets someone who clicked an ad for emergency repairs with a generic welcome, loses them before they read a word. Pages are built to be quick on a phone and to lead with what the visitor came for.
02 / How it works
Ask, check the preview, approve.
The assistant does the work and you make the call. It never publishes anything on its own.
01
Short call
We talk through what the site is for, who it needs to win over and what it should say. If your current site is already doing the job, we tell you.
02
Design and build
We design the site around your business and write the first version of your pages with you. It is built for phones first and hosted on Cloudflare.
03
Ask the assistant
Log in to your own admin portal and type what you need, the way you would with ChatGPT or Claude. Drop in photos too: "add these photos to the gallery", "change our Christmas hours", "add a page for our new service".
04
Check and approve
The change appears on a preview copy you check before anything goes live. If it is right, approve it. If not, keep chatting until it is.
05
Live, with every version kept
Approved changes go live. Every version is kept, so any change can be undone if it turns out not to be right.
03 / Sites we have built
Real sites, for real businesses.
Each of these was designed and built by the P2A team and runs on Cloudflare. Open any of them and have a look around, on your phone as well as your desktop.
Everyday changes are yours to make, bigger ones are done properly, and the site keeps improving instead of slowly going stale.
01
An assistant you just talk to
Plain English in a text box, plus photo uploads. Everyday changes are yours to make any time, so you are not waiting on someone, or paying by the hour, for each small update.
02
You approve every change
The assistant never publishes on its own. It can get things wrong, which is why every change waits on a preview copy until you have checked it.
03
Every version kept
Each approved change is saved as a new version. If something is not right after it goes live, roll it back to how it was.
04
Hosted on Cloudflare
Served quickly from Cloudflare's global network, with HTTPS handled automatically and protection from attack traffic built in. No server or plugins to patch, so far less can go wrong.
05
Improves as the AI improves
The site and its assistant keep improving as the AI models behind them improve. We roll out those improvements ourselves and check them first, so your site does not stand still.
06
Bigger changes, done properly
A new layout, a booking feature or a new kind of section is work for the P2A team, not the assistant. We quote it first, then build and test it before it reaches your site.
05 / Pages that adapt
The page leads with what each visitor came for.
Someone who clicked an ad for emergency plumbing wants a phone number, not your company history. Personalised landing pages change the top of the page, the headline and the main button, to match the most likely reason a visitor arrived. The rest of the site is the same for everyone.
The ad or email that sent them
A visitor from your emergency plumbing ad sees "Burst pipe? Call now". Someone who clicked the link in your winter email sees the winter offer they were reading about.
What they looked at on your site
A returning visitor who spent time on your hot water pages sees hot water first. That comes from a cookie set by your own site, and nothing from anyone else's.
Rough location and time of day
Show the nearest branch's number first, or swap "Call now" for "Request a call back" when you are closed. Location is approximate, roughly the city or region.
Same prices and access for everyone
It only changes what is shown first. Every visitor can still see every page and book or enquire, and it never changes prices or who can buy.
It uses only what a visitor brings with them, like the link they clicked, and what they did on your own site. It does not follow people around the web, makes no guesses about sensitive things like health, and is covered in your privacy notice.

06 / Who it suits
Built for owners who would rather be doing the work.
Trades and field services
A plumber finishes a hot water install, uploads photos from the van and asks the assistant to add them to the hot water page. Approved before the next job. Someone who clicked the emergency plumbing ad lands on "Call now", not the company history.
Clinics and allied health
A physio clinic adds a new practitioner and changes its Easter hours between patients: "Add Sam to the team page, here is her photo and bio." Anything that reads like a health claim is flagged for the clinic to check before it is approved.
Distribution and wholesale
A wholesaler posts the Christmas dispatch cut-off dates and a page for a new product range in one chat, checks the preview and approves. Trade customers who click through from the newsletter land on the new range first.
Agriculture and regional multi-site
A rural supplies business with three sites keeps each store's hours and seasonal stock notices current from one portal. Visitors see the nearest site's phone number first, and every site's details are a tap away.
Office teams and professional services
An accounting practice adds a page for a new service and updates its tax-time notice by asking. A returning visitor who read the business advisory pages is offered a planning meeting rather than a generic contact form.
07 / How you pay
A build fee and a monthly fee, both in writing.
A fixed build fee covers the design, the first version of your pages written with you, and setting up your admin portal and assistant.
A flat monthly fee covers Cloudflare hosting, the assistant, upkeep and the improvements we roll out as the AI gets better.
Quoted after a short call and sized to the site you need. Bigger design changes or new features are quoted separately, before any work starts.
No lock-in contract. That is our approach: the site should earn its place every month.
Optional add-on: an AI sales and marketing strategy, so the enquiries the site brings in are captured and followed up.
Every quote is fixed and in writing before anything starts. Ask for yours
08 / Is it a fit
Straight about who it suits.
A good fit if
Your website is out of date because every small change means waiting on someone.
You want to make everyday changes yourself, without learning a website builder.
Most new customers find you online, often on a phone.
You run ads, emails or seasonal offers and want the page to match what people clicked.
Something else fits better if
You enjoy designing every page yourself in a drag-and-drop builder. A self-serve website builder may suit you better.
You mainly sell hundreds of products online with stock and shipping. That needs a dedicated online store platform.
Your current site is recent, fast and easy for you to change. Keep it, and put the effort into following up the leads it already brings in.
Everyday things: opening hours, photos, wording, team members, notices and new pages for a service. You type it in plain English, add photos if you have them, and check the preview copy before approving. Bigger design changes or new features go to the P2A team and are quoted first.
What if the assistant gets something wrong?
It can, which is why it never publishes on its own. Every change waits on a preview copy you check before anything goes live, and you can keep chatting until it is right. Every version is kept, so an approved change can still be undone.
Will it help us show up on Google?
It gives you a solid base: fast pages built for phones, with your services, areas and hours set out clearly for search engines. Nobody can honestly promise rankings, and we will not. What changes is that keeping the site current, including adding pages for new services, is something you can do by asking.
Does personalisation mean you are tracking our customers?
Only on your own site. It uses the ad or email link someone clicked, whether they have visited your site before and what they looked at there, plus rough location and time of day. It does not follow people around the web or make sensitive guesses, and every visitor can still see everything and book or enquire. It is covered in your privacy notice.
Is our information safe?
The public site runs on Cloudflare with automatic HTTPS and protection from attack traffic, and there is no plugin stack to patch. The admin portal needs a sign-in, and the assistant can only change your website, not your email, accounts or other systems. Health providers are covered by the Privacy Act whatever their size, so check your own obligations with your adviser.
What do we need to provide?
Your services, service areas, hours and the questions customers ask, plus any photos you have, and access to your domain or the details of who manages it. We write the first version of your pages with you, so you do not need finished copy. After launch, you need someone in the business to ask for changes and approve them.
How does pricing work?
A fixed build fee and a flat monthly fee, quoted in writing after a short call. The build covers the design, the first version of your pages and setting up your assistant. The monthly fee covers hosting, the assistant, upkeep and the improvements we roll out, and bigger design changes or new features are quoted separately first.
What if we want to leave?
There is no lock-in contract; that is our approach. Your domain stays in your name, and your words and photos are yours to take with you.
We already have a website. Is it worth replacing?
Sometimes it is, sometimes it is not. Moving the website does not have to touch your email, and we check how your email is set up before anything changes. The fastest way to know is a short call: we look at your current site with you and tell you straight whether to rebuild, fix or leave it.
